bookpadel keeps what it needs to book courts and run a club's calendar, and nothing else.
Players
- Your email address and, if you set them, your name, level and phone. The clubs you book with see your name, email and phone on their calendar. Other players in an open game see your first name and level.
- Your bookings and the games you joined.
- When you sign in, and from which IP address, kept for 90 days to keep accounts safe.
- Card payments are handled by Stripe and go to the club. bookpadel never sees your card number.
Clubs
- What you put on the desk: the club, its courts and prices, members, and the bookings you take. Without an account it stays on your device only. With one, it is stored so it can sync between your devices.
- Your published club page shows the club's details, courts, prices and which slots are taken — never who booked them.
Everyone
- Visits and signed-in users are counted with lytics, the lp-data.cloud analytics. It records your account's opaque id, never your email.
- Emails (confirmations, reminders) are sent through Resend.
- Feedback is anonymous unless you give an email address.
To have your account and everything in it deleted, use the feedback form with the address you signed up with.
